Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Customers will have 24 hours to claim any damages from our end. Make sure you share the unboxing video when you claim for damages or missing items. We will have an in-house inspection by our team based on that we will check and accept your return or refund.
Customized products can’t be returned or exchanged as they are designed specifically for a customer based on their needs & the return of such products won’t be accepted.
No COD is allowed for any of our products. In the event of a return the customer has to send the product to us via the address shared by our team, no amount will be reimbursed in this case. Your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it. It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a price tag and proof of purchase. The customer should initiate the return within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Returns
We will ship out your order as soon as possible once you place it. The delivery should take 5-6 working days depending on the region (excluding public holidays and
weekends).
If your address falls under one of their unserviced regions, we will get in touch with you and try to come up with a different way to get your order to you. Your shipping can be further delayed during holidays, bad weather, or pandemics. We promise to do our best to have your package delivered to you on time.
